Made In Place

More than a home, this project became the foundation of Insitu's design philosophy. Created for founders of Insitu, it was where the idea of crafting in place first took shape. Every detail emerged through conversations between architect and craftsman, designer and execution team- reimagining familiar materials through thoughtful, unconventional applications. Set within an old Mumbai home, the design responded equally to functionality and emotion, carefully sculpting every space to maximise usability while retaining warmth and character. Like a home that welcomes you after a long day, it balances comfort with aspiration, creating spaces that feel deeply personal, beautifully crafted, and rooted in the belief that the best design is always collaborative.
