Set in Khar west of Mumbai, this 4000 square feet 3 bedroom apartment project is a humble attempt at achieving as much creative application of design within the set framework of a space. The space is beautifully hugged by a spacious balcony throughout its perimeter, making the house naturally smile with a gush of ambient natural light. What makes a house a home? The answer lay in introducing warmth and contentment through minimum colors, and letting the materials and textures speak for themselves. The natural warm tonality set by the light flowing into the house is something we aimed to compliment with wood and brass, across the soft white canvas of the walls and flooring. The subtle soft furnishings delightfully compliment the earthiness of the wood to create a harmonious ambience. The neutral color palette is humbly offset by the lush green plants peeking from cozy corners, all the while adding a playful pop of color combined with the carefully selected art, curios, and accessories.
